From Nuclear Science to the Sacred Science of Astrology
Candace Clemons brings a rare combination of scientific rigor, analytical thinking, intuitive insight, and spiritual inquiry to her work as an astrologer and educator.
Her professional journey began firmly rooted in science. After earning a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry, Candace pursued extensive graduate studies in nuclear physics before building a distinguished career in nuclear regulation with both state and federal government agencies. Her scientific background taught her to observe, analyze complex information, question assumptions, and search for meaningful patterns—skills that would eventually become an important part of her approach to astrology.
Her path to astrology, however, was anything but conventional.
When Science and Intuition Meet
For many years, Candace attempted to suppress her clairvoyant abilities, believing there must be a conventional explanation for what she experienced. Her analytical nature encouraged her to question these experiences rather than simply accept them.
Over time, personal experience led Candace to acknowledge and eventually embrace her intuitive gifts as an authentic part of her life’s path. Interestingly, her exploration of astrology did not begin with a lifelong fascination with the subject. It began with scientific curiosity. Candace realized that she had never consulted an astrologer and became curious about what an astrological reading might reveal. That simple question opened the door to a much deeper exploration.
As she studied astrology, Candace discovered a sophisticated system of patterns, relationships, symbolism, and interpretation. What began as curiosity developed into serious study and eventually a new direction in her life.
She came to view astrology as a sacred science – one that brings together observation, symbolism, intuition, and spiritual wisdom.
Becoming an Astrologer and Teacher
Candace continued to deepen her knowledge through extensive astrological study and professional development. She became an ISAR-certified astrologer in 2019 and has nearly a decade of experience providing astrological consultations.
Today, she brings the same disciplined approach that shaped her scientific career to the interpretation of astrology. Rather than looking at individual planets, signs, houses, and aspects in isolation, Candace considers how the many elements of a birth chart interact to reveal larger patterns and themes.
Her analytical background is complemented by the intuitive abilities she once tried to suppress. Together, these perspectives allow her to approach astrology as both an intellectual, science-based discipline and a spiritual art.
Candace is also a natural teacher who enjoys helping students move beyond memorizing astrological concepts to understanding how astrology works as a complete system. Through Oracle Astrology School, she provides a structured educational path for serious students who want to deepen their knowledge, strengthen their chart interpretation skills, and potentially prepare for professional practice.
Astrology With Knowledge, Intuition, and Purpose
Candace believes astrology should be approached thoughtfully, responsibly, and with respect for its sacred traditions.
Her practice honors both the academic foundations and spiritual dimensions of astrology. Drawing upon her scientific training, disciplined analytical approach, professional astrological education, and intuitive insight, she seeks to provide interpretations that are meaningful, thoughtful, and deeply personal.
For Candace, an astrological consultation is more than simply explaining the positions of the planets. It is an opportunity to help another person explore the patterns, possibilities, strengths, and deeper purpose reflected within their unique chart.
She believes meetings happen by divine appointment and approaches each consultation with respect for the individual and the path they are seeking to understand.
Whether you are looking for greater insight through a personal astrology reading or want to develop your own knowledge through Oracle Astrology School, Candace invites you to explore astrology from a perspective that brings together science, intuition, and the sacred.
